There are several ways to become a member:
Transfer of Membership
If you are currently a member of a Lutheran Church in the Missouri Synod, and you would like to transfer your membership to King of Kings, please contact, Elise Hexum, Outreach Coordinator at, 319-393-2438 or outreach@kingofkingscr.org, for more information on how to have your membership transferred to King of Kings Lutheran Church.
Profession of Faith
If you are currently a member of a Lutheran Church with the ELCA or WELS, or another Lutheran Synod, and you would like to become a member of King of Kings, please contact, Elise Hexum, Outreach Coordinator at, 319-393-2438 or outreach@kingofkingscr.org, for more information on how to become a member of King of Kings by "Profession of Faith".
Adult Baptism or Adult Confirmation
If you're not yet a member of a Lutheran Church, and you'd like to become a member, you will need to attend and complete King of Kings' ADULT INSTRUCTION CLASS. This 10-week course teaches the basics of the Christian faith and Lutheran beliefs and allows you to become a confirmed member of the Lutheran Church.
The ADULT INSTRUCTION CLASS is also required for a youth or adult to be baptized into the Christian faith. For more information, please contact, Elise Hexum, Outreach Coordinator at,
